Do you offer transport services?

We don’t provide transport services ourselves but we have teamed up with local transport partners who can help you move your goods into your storage unit.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes, we offer contents insurance for your comfort and peace of mind.

How do I book a unit?

The quickest and easiest way to book a storage unit is to book online. Alternatively you can give us a call or pop into the store.

Can you help me move into my unit?

During office hours, our friendly team will always be happy to show you to your unit, although we cannot guarantee that we will have staff available to help you physically move items in or out.

How secure are your storage units?

All of our self storage units are individually alarmed and feature motion and tamper sensors. You can monitor everything through our Smartphone app.

When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your storage room whenever we’re open. We are currently open 7 days a week and we’ll shortly be going 24hrs giving you access whenever you want!

Payment

How much do the units costs?

The amount you pay is governed by the amount of storage space you need. You can Get a Quote online, give us a call or pop into the store and we’ll help you out.

What are my payment options?

At Quick Self Storage we accept all major credit and debit cards. When you first sign up we also recommend that customers sign up to AutoBill so that you never have to worry about missing a payment in the future.

Cancelling your lease

How do I move out?

When you want to move out of your storage room please give us 7 days notice. Our storage contracts run from month to month so you’re free to move out anytime up until the next payment date.

Can I extend my rental?

Your storage contract auto-renews every month so you don’t need to worry about extending your stay.
