Do you offer a move in truck and trailer?

We can help facilitate the rental of a truck and trailer for you. We do not offer complimentary truck and trailer services, although we do offer trolleys on site as well as undercover loading and unloading areas.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes, we offer contents insurance for your comfort and peace of mind.

How do I book a unit?

Call, email, or book online for all of your personal and business storage needs. Our friendly team is happy to help.

Can you help me move into my unit?

During office hours, our friendly team will always be happy to show you to your unit, although we cannot guarantee that we will have staff available to help you physically move items in or out.

How secure are your storage units?

Our facilities are fully fenced and gated, with CCTV and PIN Code access to ensure the safety of your belongings.

When can I access my storage unit?

Your unit is available to access from 6am-10pm 7 days a week. Access outside of these hours can be arranged.

Payment

How much do the units costs?

Each unit is a different price depending on the size.The balance is to be paid one month in advance. Feel free to use our Space Calculator to help determine what size unit best suits your needs.

What are my payment options?

There are multiple payment options. If booking online, you can pay via credit card using our Rapidstor system. You can also pay in store, or set up a direct deposit for ongoing storage leasing.

Cancelling your lease

Can I cancel my lease any time?

You can cancel your lease for the following month as long as the cancellation is made prior to payment being taken for the following month.

Can I extend my lease any time?

Our contracts are month to month so you can always extend your lease.
