I found the storage facilities very good and the entry system via the app was very good. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage facilities.

An excellent experience from start to finish, we rented a unit for two months whilst moving house. The unit was in Ambergate and completely straight forward to access etc. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would certainly use them again.

Really quick and easy access to the facility, instructions are easy to follow when installing the app. The staff are friendly and very helpful great place to store your possessions.

5* customer service, very responsive and very supportive/helpful. Good pricing and discounts to be had, online accounts and easy navigation round the units, also plenty of parking.

We had to arrange storage at very short notice and the process of getting booked in and arranging access could hardly have been easier. Rita was a delight to communicate with and always responsive to queries, and the app for site access is super convenient and has worked flawlessly (so far!). The prices are also very reasonable given how simple the process is. We'll certainly use their services again in future should we ever need to.

Excellent service lockers nice and clean

I rented a space here for 5 months. I would rent it again. Good prices, easy access... As for the staff, I was assisted by Mrs. Rita who was very attentive... I didn't like the hours very much, I think we should have 24-hour access... but otherwise I give it a 10/10.

Many thanks Quick Self Storage (Rita in particular) for all your support with my container. I had 2 storage containers - 100 and 50sq feet for household furniture (18 months), as temporary storage whilst moving house. Rita was a great support and addressed my queries immediately and with positive outcomes each time. Containers are clean, tidy and weatherproof and on-site caretaker person. No issues throughout my rental and reasonable prices after discount period. App system worked very well to electronically open the entrance, so access throughout day and into evening. Looked at other sites, but this was one well set-up and cost effective. Thanks Rita and QSS!!

Lovely people. Great prices

Very clean, accessible units. Love the app, don't have to worry about losing keys or forgetting combinations. Also love how easy it is to share access if needed. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I was happy to leave my possessions knowing that they were safe and secure and would not get damp or mouldy.

Storage was clean, safe and accessible. Will use again when I need more storage.

A great service from start to finish. I had difficulty accessing main entrance due to my phone, and Rita helped me in an instant. When I needed to change to a smaller unit, again, Rita arranged this for me within the hour. A very personable yet professional service, thank you. Highly recommended.
